Receive Quote
Firm pricing and real availability back within 4 business hours, at a number that still holds when the PO lands.
Approve & Order
Approve the quote and place the order. Net-30 on approved trade accounts, card for everyone else.
Ships Same Day
In-stock hardware dispatches same day from our Las Vegas warehouse. DDP available for international destinations.
Warranty Begins
Cover starts the day it lands: 12 months for end users, 30 days for the trade. We handle the RMA and the advance replacement ourselves.

Common questions
What does DDP mean for my order?
Delivered Duty Paid means we handle the duties, taxes, and customs clearance. The price you agree is the price you pay, with no import bill turning up on delivery.
How quickly does hardware ship after I place an order?
In-stock hardware leaves the same day when the order is confirmed before 2 pm Pacific. Your account manager confirms dispatch and sends tracking.
Can you consolidate orders for multiple sites?
Yes. We stage and label a kit per site in Las Vegas and dispatch on your schedule. You get one consolidated invoice and a packing list for each site.
