Cover starts the day it lands: 12 months for end users, 30 days for the trade. We handle the RMA and the advance replacement ourselves.

What data destruction standard do you use?
Drives that can be securely overwritten are overwritten, and anything that cannot is physically shredded. Either way a certificate of destruction is issued for every unit.
Do you pick up the hardware?

Can we recover value from decommissioned gear?
Often, yes. Where the equipment still has resale value we can offer a trade-in credit or a revenue share. Your account manager goes through the asset list and tells you what is worth keeping before anything is destroyed.
