Refurbished should not be a gamble, so we take the guesswork out of it. Every unit is inspected, tested against the manufacturer's published specification, cleaned, and re-imaged to a known-good firmware baseline before it ships. Selected items carry a 1-year warranty, and the exact term for every line is stated on the quote.

Cover starts the day it lands: 12 months for end users, 30 days for the trade. We handle the RMA and the advance replacement ourselves.

What does the warranty cover?
Hardware failure under normal operating conditions. Cover runs 12 months for end users and 30 days for brokers and resellers, from the delivery date. Advance replacement is available on qualifying units so you are not sat waiting on a repair cycle. Full terms are on our Warranty and Returns page.
How is testing documented?
Each unit ships with a test report covering interface counts, power-on hours where the unit reports them, firmware version, and a pass or fail against every function we tested.
How much do I actually save versus new?
It varies by product line and by what is around, but refurbished usually lands 40 to 70% below list for the same specification. Ask and we will quote new alongside it so you can judge.
