Switching, routing, security

Cisco Systems

Cisco is the deepest catalog in the industry and the one buyers most often need a specific part number from rather than a category. Catalyst in the closet, Nexus in the data center, ISR and ASR at the edge.

We hold and source across that range, including the models the channel has moved on from. Send a part number or a bill of materials and you get real availability across new, open box, and refurbished.

Ships worldwide, with same-day dispatch on in-stock hardware from our Las Vegas distribution center.

Before it ships

What we do with Cisco hardware

  • Quote Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, ASR, and Firepower by exact part number
  • Source discontinued and end-of-sale models the channel no longer lists
  • Test, wipe, and power on every unit before it is packed
  • Record serial numbers on the packing list for asset reconciliation
  • Match Cisco-coded optics and modules to the chassis and the reach
  • Buy back retired Cisco estates through ITAD with data destruction documented

Who buys it

Typical Cisco orders

  • MSPs and VARs pricing a Catalyst refresh against a fixed budget
  • Data center teams extending an existing Nexus footprint
  • Enterprises keeping cold spares for switches already in production
  • Buyers hunting an end-of-sale part number to match a live estate

1-year warranty on selected items, with the exact term stated on every quote. Buying repeatedly? A trade account adds volume tiers and Net-30 terms once it is approved.

Questions we get

Cisco, answered straight

Can SmartNet be transferred to hardware bought from you?

No. We are an independent distributor operating out of channel, so SmartNet and other support contracts, software subscriptions, and license transfers are not conveyed by a purchase from us. If you need manufacturer coverage, arrange it directly with Cisco or an authorized channel and confirm eligibility before you order.

Do you sell new Cisco hardware or only refurbished?

Both. We quote new, open box, and refurbished side by side with the condition stated per line, so you can decide where the budget goes rather than guessing.

Can you source an end-of-sale part number?

That is one of the main reasons buyers call us. Send the part number and we will tell you whether it is on our shelf, sourceable with a real lead time, or genuinely gone.
