Do FortiGate units come with a FortiCare or UTM subscription?
No. Security subscriptions and support contracts are bought from Fortinet or an authorized channel and are not conveyed by a purchase from us. We sell the hardware, tested, with our own warranty term on the quote.
Can you supply a firewall that matches one we already run?
Yes, and it is a common request. Give us the model and revision and we will match it or tell you honestly if the closest we can get is a different revision.
Are the appliances factory reset before shipping?
Yes. Every unit is wiped and reset to factory defaults, then powered on and tested before it is packed.
