Does the security subscription come with the firewall?
No. Security services, support contracts, and licenses are bought from SonicWall or an authorized channel. From us you get the tested hardware and our warranty term, written on the quote.
Can you supply older TZ models still in service?
Usually, yes. Matching what is already deployed is a large part of why buyers come to an independent distributor rather than the channel.
How quickly can a replacement ship?
In-stock appliances dispatch the same business day. If it is a same-day emergency, call rather than email and we will tell you straight away whether it is on the shelf.
