Before it ships
What we do with Supermicro hardware
- Build to your spec: CPU, memory, drives, controllers, and network cards
- Burn in the assembled system and log the result before it ships
- Record chassis and component serials on the packing list
- Include rails, cable arms, and power cords so the rack install is not blocked
- Quote spares and identical replacement nodes against a cluster you are running
- Take the retired systems back through ITAD with drive destruction documented

Can you configure the server before it ships?
Yes, and that is the normal way we ship Supermicro. Give us the CPU, memory, drive, and card requirements and we build it, burn it in, and ship it assembled with the rails.
Do you supply barebones as well as complete systems?
Both. If you have drives and memory already, we will quote the barebones. If you would rather it arrive ready to rack, we will build it out.
Is there warranty on a built system?
Yes, ours, and the term is written on the quote. Manufacturer coverage and support contracts are not conveyed by a purchase from us.
