Do you sell new or refurbished Juniper hardware?
Both, and we quote them side by side so you can see the difference. We also tell you which condition a given part number is genuinely available in, rather than quoting a price that moves once you place the order.
Can I transfer the Juniper support contract?
No. We are an independent distributor operating out of channel, so manufacturer support contracts, software subscriptions, and license entitlements do not transfer with a purchase from us. Our own warranty covers the hardware, and the term is stated on the quote.
How fast can EX or QFX switches ship?
In-stock units dispatch the same business day from Las Vegas. Anything we have to source is quoted with a real lead time, not an optimistic one.
